Project Manager - Humanitarian Specialist

Location: Cameroon

United Purpose is seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming project manager position in Cameroon.

The project aims to provide support to people who have been displaced as a result of conflict in the Anglophone region of Cameroon.  The project will deliver humanitarian aid (food, NFIs and sanitation and hygiene kits) to internally displaced people, as well as build the capacity of local implementing partners in the North West to carry out needs assessments, nutrition screening and comply with humanitarian principles.

Project Manager

Location: Banjul, Gambia (with frequent travel)

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead our work to promote a conducive socio-economic environment for the effective and sustainable reintegration of former migrants, and to improve the attractiveness of rural areas (especially to youth) in The Gambia.

You’ll have experience with working with youth - especially in youth development and youth empowerment; strong leadership and team building skills; with sensitivity to gender issues and women and girl’s empowerment.
