Volunteer Trust and Foundation Officer

Location:  Cardiff, Wales

This is an unpaid, voluntary role.

United Purpose operates a small co-ordinating office in Cardiff, Wales. This office is the administrative and financial centre for all its overseas programmes and it plays a critical supporting role for the ten country offices.

The Programmes Team supports our Country Programme teams in many ways. We provide some funding support, line management, admin, linking with the communications and finance teams and ensuring our projects are as effective as possible. We keep records on all projects and donors, and coordinate information for organisational publications, including on learning and impact.

Volunteers have played an increasingly important role alongside paid staff in helping UP achieve its objectives in the last few years. We aim to offer volunteers varied tasks, and genuine appreciation of the valuable roles they perform.
