After 6.5 years, our CEO Kathryn Llewellyn has decided to step down from her position. She is leaving United Purpose to pursue new opportunities and new challenges.
Kathryn says: “I have been so proud to lead UP over the past six and a half years. It has been a difficult decision and one I have put a great deal of thought into. The way we do development, the respect we hold for those we exist to support and the work ethic and values, which my colleagues hold, are exceptional and special. I feel privileged to have been on this journey.”
Chair of Trustees, Peter Ayres says “all of the trustees give their warmest thanks to Kathryn for her efforts and service. She is a valued, well respected and highly thought of colleague, and we wish her the very best for her future endeavours”.
UP has now come to an important juncture, and are currently recruiting an Interim CEO to take on the leadership mantle. Please find more information on this here.
